The complaint was filed by a businessman, Mr Urmar Dada, before the Upper Area Court presided over by Mr Mohammed Yakubu, against three defendants identified as Ido Nana, Benjamin Banchi and Joshua Madaki.
The application dated March 5 was brought pursuant to Sections 88 and 89 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Nasarawa State.
The complainant told the court that he was a businessman resident in Anguwan Topa, Mararaba, Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.
He alleged that on March 14, 2001, the defendants came to his house and destroyed his fence without his consent.
