This romantic drama explored modern relationships and contemporary love themes, earning widespread appeal and securing the fifth position.
A historical epic rooted in tradition and power dynamics, Iyálọ́dé ranked sixth, reflecting audiences’ continued interest in culturally rich narratives.
Inspired by Yoruba folklore, this period drama claimed the seventh spot, blending history, culture and strong character portrayals.
A comedy-fantasy film with a unique take on social events and crime, Owambe Thieves delighted audiences and finished eighth on the list.
This socially conscious drama highlighted themes of conflict, survival and coexistence, earning critical attention and placing ninth in ticket sales.
