Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition for today, Saturday, August 13, 2016:

NORTHERN STATES: Thunderstorms are likely over Bauchi, Gombe, Maiduguri, Damaturu, Kano and Dutse in the morning hours. In the afternoon/evening period, moderate thunderstorms are expected over most parts of the region. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 31 - 33oC.

CENTRAL STATES: Cloudy conditions are anticipated over the region with chances of rains around Makurdi, Lafia, Abuja, Mambila and Lokoja in the morning. Localised thunderstorms are probable during the afternoon/evening hours. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 28 - 31oC.

SOUTHERN STATES: This region is expected to be cloudy with localised rains over Enugu, Awka, Onitsha, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Yenagoa and Uyo in the morning while rains are expected over most of the cities in the afternoon/evening period. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 28-30oC.
