A violent abduction occurred on April 25, 2025, at Eleyin Village near Isanlu Isin, Kwara State, when five armed hoodlums intercepted two Toyota Corolla cars and abducted five passengers.

Zagazola was reliably informed that the armed men stopped the vehicles forcefully and took the passengers away.

In response, a Nigerian Army troops, police and vigilantes mobilized to comb the surrounding bush.

After a painstaking efforts, two of the kidnapped victims, Ganiyu Ajayi and Kolawole Adeyemi, were successfully rescued.

Security sources say efforts are ongoing to rescue the remaining victims. (Zagazola)
