
The Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee of the Supreme Court has unveiled a list of 22 legal practitioners to be conferred with the title of ‘Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN)’.
The committee made the announcement at the end of its 123rd general meeting held on Monday.
The new Senior Advocates of Nigeria are Olanrewaju Adesola Onadeko (academic), Nnamonso Udo Ekanem, Muhammed Tabiu (academic), Valerie-Janette Ogonna Azinge, Olufunke Abimbola Agbor, Olusola Oladimeji Ojutalayo and Richard Ayodele Akintunde.
Others are Oyesoji Gbolahan Oyeleke, James Onyeanwuna Njeze Ikeyi, Elisha Yakubu Kurah, Adewunmi Adedeji Ogunsanya, Olatunbosun Ola Olanipekun Kalu Ikwuonwu Umeh and Adewale Sunday Adesokan.
Also named are Andrew Chukwuemeka Igboekwe, Fredson Chijioke Alexander Okoli, Olaseni Abiodun Adio, Olasheni Ibiwoye, Abdulhakeem Uthman Mustapha, Mba Ekpezu Ukweni, Edward Gyang Pwajok and Chukwu Amari Omaka (academic).
