The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition for Tuesday June 28, 2016.
NORTHERN STATES: Cloudiness is anticipated over Sokoto, Kano, Potiskum, Gusau, Katsina and Maiduguri during the forecast period. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 29- 33 o C
CENTRAL STATES: Slim chances of early morning thunderstorm to affect Abuja and its environs. Prospects of localised thunderstorm over some parts of the central states including Abuja, Jos, Lafia and Bida axis in the afternoon/evening hours. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 23- 30 o C.
SOUTHERN STATES: There are possibilities of isolated rain showers over Lagos, Port Hacourt, Calabar , Oshogbo and Ibadan in the morning.
Later in the day localised thunderstorms are likely over places like Lagos, Port Hacourt, Calabar, Warri and Eket. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 27- 31 oC.
