The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition for today, Monday, June 27, 2016:

NORTHERN STATES: Cloudy conditions are expected with chances of localised thunderstorms over Nguru and Potiskum axis during the morning hours. There are prospects of localised thunderstorms over the region during the afternoon/evening hours. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 33-34 oC.

CENTRAL STATES: Cloudy conditions are expected over the region with likelihood of localised thunderstorms over the eastern part during the morning hours. The western part of the region will experience localised thunderstorms during the afternoon/evening period. Day time

temperatures are expected to be in the range of 32-33 oC.

SOUTHERN STATES: Cities like Lagos, Eket, Calabar, Yenagoa, Ogoja, Obudu and Benin will likely witness some morning rains. There are prospects of localised thunderstorms over the region during the afternoon/evening hours. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 28-31oC.
