Troops storm suspected Boko Haram hideouts in Borno

The 103 Battalion, 7 Division, in conjunction with Civilian JTF based in Konduga, have carried out massive clearance operations of suspected hideouts in Kursori, Bashirari, Malatari, Goneri, Kajimari, Lawan Kolori and Yale villages within Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State, the Nigerian Army has said.

According to the Acting Director of Army Public Relations, Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman,

the troops recovered a logistics canter vehicle, 36 Hand Grenade, 16 Dane Guns and 2 AK-47 rifle magazine, among others, during the operation.
