The leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has alerted its members all over the world including those residing in Nigeria to keep an eye on the movements of the retired Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mr. Solomon Ehigiator Arase, who they claim presided over the extra-judicial killing of over 1,000 Biafrans between July 2015 and May 30, 2016.
In a statement issued from the Directorate of State of IPOB dated June 21, 2016, entitled: THE RETIRED IGP SOLOMON EHIGIATOR ARASE: BIAFRANS MUST MONITOR HIS MOVEMENTS, Biafrans were urged to “ensure that his whereabouts are monitored and logged-in with the office of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) headquartered in Vitoria-Spain.
“It is very important to keep a record of his movements so that when the International Criminal Court (ICC) finally issues the long-awaited international warrant order for his arrest, he will be easy to locate, apprehend, handcuff, and flown to the Hague for prosecution.
If anyone happens to see Solomon Ehigiator Arase fleeing the country, please call the following telephone numbers to alert IPOB officials: +34 945565994 +1 4242240434
“For those who do not know the atrocious crimes committed by this man, we have pasted two of his pictures and the pictures of some of his victims because we believe that pictures speak more than a thousand words.”
