The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition for today, Tuesday, June 21, 2016:

NORTHERN STATES: Cloudy conditions are expected in the North-East during the forecast period while the North-West should to be cloudy in the morning with chances of localised thunderstorms in the afternoon over Sokoto and Gusau. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 33-37oC.

CENTRAL STATES: There are possibilities of isolated morning rains. Localised thunderstorms are anticipated over Makurdi, Abuja, Jos, Minna and Lafia during the afternoon/evening hours. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 32-34oC.

SOUTHERN STATES: Coastal cities like Calabar, Yenegoa, Benin and Eket will likely witness some morning showers. There are prospects of localised thunderstorms over the region during the afternoon/evening hours. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 29-32oC.
