The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition forTuesday, June 7,2016:
NORTHERN STATES: Thunderstorms are expected over Kano, Dutse and Zaria axis during the Morning hours. Potiskum, Damaturu, Gombe and Bauchi have prospects of afternoon/ evening thunderstorms. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 36- 39oC.
CENTRAL STATES: Cloudy conditions are expected over this region with chances of localised thunderstorms over Abuja, Minna, Lafia and Makurdi during the morning hours. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 29-34oC.
SOUTHERN STATES: There are prospects of morning rainfall over Lagos, Port Harcourt, Eket, Calabar, Owerri and Uyo. Localised thunderstorms are expected over the region during the afternoon/evening hours. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 30-33oC.
