The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition for Saturday, June 4, 2016:
NORTHERN STATES: Cloudy condition is anticipated over Sokoto, Kano, Potiskum, in the morning with chances of isolated thunderstorms around southern parts of Gusau, Katsina and Kebbi. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 31- 40oC.
CENTRAL STATES: Cloudy morning is expected. There are chances of localised thunderstorms over some parts of the central states including Abuja, Northern Kaduna, Bauchi and Ibi axis in the afternoon/evening hours. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 30-38oC.
SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudiness is anticipated over the southern cities in the morning. Localised thunderstorms are likely over coastal cities in the afternoon especially places like Lagos, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Warri and Eket. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 28- 33oC.
