According to the DSS Director, the suspects, who are members of Burkina Faso cult group, planned and conspired with others at large and stormed the residence of their three victims at Chido Lodge and slaughtered them around 10pm on March 12, 2016.
They severed the bodies of two of their victims, Ebuka Nwaigbo and Samuel Ethelbert Chuka, and displayed their heads at the school field near the ABSU gate. The third victim, who was shot by the assailants, Isaac Chigozirim, later died in the hospital on March 18. The victims were said to be members of Marphite Cult group.
