The Sports Writers Association Nigeria (SWAN), Anambra State Chapter, has congratulated Governor Chukwuma Soludo on the occasion of his 64thbirthday.

A congratulatory message signed by its Chairman, Chimezie Anaso, described Soludo as an erudite professor and a man with passion for sports and healthy lifestyle.

The statement reads In part: Mr Governor, we the members of Sports Press in Anambra join the good people of the state and millions the world over to celebrate you on this day of your birth anniversary.

We commend you for the efforts your administration is making to better the lots of Anambra youths through sports in the past two years.

As you begin the journey of another year, we pray that the good Lord will bless you with grace and strength to continue to do more for the good of humanity and development of the sports sector in particular.
