A socio-political and cultural pressure group, called Igbo-Bu-Igbo, Lagos, has described former Governor of Lagos State and national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as an astute leader and a man of great achievement whose legacy will be forever celebrated.

Leader of the group, Comrade Eze Harris Chuma, who stated this in his congratulatory message to the Asiwaju on the occasion of his 64th birthday anniversary, expressed his appreciation to the ex-governor of Lagos State.

In a statement made available to News Express, Ambassador Chuma enthused: “We are proud to have benefitted immensely in your leadership while in office as Governor of Lagos State. Your love for Igbo is undeniable and visible to everyone one to see. We are blessed to have you and will always be with you all the way. We commend your profound contribution over the years in various fields of endeavour.”

According to Chuma, “discerning Igbo in Lagos will continue to pray almighty God to grant you sound health and many more years on earth. We pray the good Lord to continue to use you for the development of our dear nation. Your legacy and great achievements will be forever celebrated.”

Chuma, who described Tinubu as their political mentor, prayed: “May the Good Lord protect you as you trudge on! Happy birthday Asiwaju of the universe!! Happy birthday Jagaban of Borgu!!!”
