The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Monday, March 29, 2016:
NORTHERN STATES: Dust haze is expected to over places such as Maiduguri, Kano, Sokoto, Katsina and Gombe with visibility less than 2000m in some areas. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 24-29oC.
CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy conditions are expected over areas such as Abuja, Lokoja, Makurdi and Lafia. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 24 -27oC.
SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudy morning is anticipated with prospects of Localised thundery showers in few places over the southern region like Ondo, Shaki, Oshogbo, and Enugu as well as coastal cities such as Port Harcourt, Calabar, Lagos, Eket and environs in the evening/night hours. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 23-26oC.
