Anambra State Sports Development Commission on Saturday announced the death of the Head Coach of Solution Football Club, Uche Okagbue, on Friday January 26, 2023.

Solution FC is a state owned football club.

A statement signed by the chairman of the Commission, Patrick-Estate Onyedum said;

"On behalf of the Government of Anambra State, the Development Commission regrets to announce the passing away of Uche Okagbue. Head Coach of Solution FC, the State owned football club.

'He died on Friday January 26.

"Uche Okagbue was a pioneer, dedicated and loyal coach who gave his best in service to the team.

'We are saddened by this great loss which came at a time when we needed his services most

"Our heart goes out to members of his family at this trying time.

"May the good Lord accept his soul.
