The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Wednesday, March 23, 2016:
NORTHERN STATES: Sunny conditions are expected with prospects of localised thunderstorms over Sokoto axis during the afternoon/ evening period. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 24-28oC.
CENTRAL STATES: Abuja, Bida, Lafia, Lokoja, Makurdi, Jos, Bauchi and Kaduna will experience increased cloudiness with prospect of localised thunderstorms in the evening/night hours. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 21 -25oC.
SOUTHERN STATES: Localised thunderstorms are anticipated over Ilorin, Shaki and Oshogbo during the morning hours. The Inland areas and coastal cities of southeast are expected to have thunderstorms during the afternoon/ evening hours. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 20-25oC.
