The Benin City Youth League continues to grow in popularity as a big competition for discovering budding talents. The league's organizing body made up of Benin City football club owners were pleased to receive a number of GOTV decoders from communication giants Multichoice Nilgeria.
Excited by the growing popularity of the Benin City Youth League, which is in its 3rd edition and keen to play its part in the success story of developing young football talents in Benin city, Multichoice, through its Benin City Area Sales Supervisor Osarobo Osaghae,while presenting the decoders to the chairman of the Benin City Youth League Mr Douglas Idahosa on Wednesday 5July,promised that more decoders will be given to the league to assist the communications department of the Benin city youth league.
Mr. Idahosa and the league interprets Multichoice kind gesture as an expression of respect and admiration of the organization of the league and promised that the members of the organizing committee of the league will continue to ensure that the Benin City youth league grows to become a rich source of projecting the great football talents that abound in Benin City.
We are very happy that a great cooperate organization like Multichoice is following the league and encouraging us to keep the flag flying as regards organizing a worthwhile football league for our youth clubs and players. We really appreciate the gift they have giving us, Idahosa said.
Meanwhile the Benin City Youth league has continued to elicit positive reactions from watchers who have been thrilled by the high quality of individual and team displays. The number of beautiful goals scored has been impressive and watchers are left with no doubt that with more focus on the players currently playing in the league at a national and international level, the star players can progress to stellar professional careers.
