Odion Ighalo
Saudi Arabian Professional League (SAPL) club, Al Hilal FC has wished Nigerian football legend, Odion Ighalo, good luck in his future endeavour as he leaves for a new adventure.
Al Hilal late Thursday night confirmed on their social media pages that Ighalo who joined them in January 2022 would be making his exit this summer.
The Super Eagles striker would be leaving Al Hilal following the decision of the Saudi Arabian Pro League Champions not to renew his contract which ends in June.

Ighalo was highly instrumental in Al Hilal winning the Saudi league title this season as he scored 19 goals and rendered two assists in 26 appearances.
The Nigerian International also struck the back of the net on 43 occasions and came up with seven other assists in 59 games for the club since joining them last year.
During his stint with Al Hilal, the former Manchester United attacker helped them win the Premier League Championship and played a key role in their King’s Cup and Super Lucille victories.
Ighalo also emerged as the Asian Champions League’s leading goal-scorer, firmly establishing himself among the competition’s leading attackers. (The Guardian)
