Napoli are reportedly preparing for the departure of Manchester United target Victor Osimhen this summer and valuing him at £150 million, Daily Mail reports.

Nigeria international Osimhen has been heavily linked with a move away from the Serie A side and United are eager to bolster their attacking options.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Napoli could turn to Roma’s Tammy Abraham if Osimhen departs.

Atalanta’s Danish prospect Rasmus Hojlund is another option that Napoli are considering, with Union SG’s Victor Boniface also in contention.

Osimhen has scored 26 goals in 31 games for Napoli across all competitions so far this season and is one of the most highly sought after strikers in world football.

Manchester United meanwhile are still looking for a long-term replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, who left the club in November.

This season United have scored 46 times in the Premier League, which is some way short of Arsenal’s return of 77 and Manchester City’s 78.

Osimhen, who is valued at £150million, is also reportedly wanted by Real Madrid.

Chelsea have also been linked with Osimhen, with Blues legend Didier Drogba saying that a move to Paris Saint-Germain would not be beneficial for the forward. (AFP)
