Former Bayern Munich midfielder Dietmar Hamann said Victor Osimhen would a perfect-fit for the Bundesliga Champion just as the Bavarians continues their pursuit of the Nigerian ace.

Judging from the performance of Osimhen this season coupled with his pace in front of goal, Hamman described the Nigerian as a machine that can fit into the plans of Bayern.

Following his impressive display this season, Osimhen has been at the centre of transfer for top European teams like Bayern, Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid and PSG but the Nigerian recently affirmed his readiness to remain with Napoli due to the huge support from the fans and the management of the team.

Osimhen’s goals has put Napoli on the verge of claiming their first Scudetto title in the last 30 years as the team needs to win four Serie A matches to be crowned the champion of the Italian top flight.

Also, Osimhen who was signed on a record transfer from Lille of France in 2020 is on the verge of history by becoming the first African to be named the highest goal scorer in the Serie A as he already scored more than 20 goals this season.

Sporting Director of Bayern Munich, Hasan Salihamidžić has declared that the club would evaluate all the options to sign Osimhen.

“Of course we will sit down and see what we do on the transfer market,” announced Salihamidzic.

“Osimhen is a machine. If Bayern could get him, he would be the number one solution for me,” said Didi Hamann.

Also, the financial boss of Bayern, Michael Diederich did not rule out a transfer in the hundreds of millions on Osimhen in an interview with the club magazine recently. (The Nation)
