Governor of the State of Osun, Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola, has approved the appointment of Prince Rasheed Adewale Akanbi of Gbaase Ruling House as the new Oluwo of Iwo.
This was announced by Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alhaji Moshod Olalekan Adeoti.
The SSG said in a statement issued today in Osogbo, the state capital, that PrinceAkanbi’s “choice follows the completion of the due process by the kingmakers and the communication of their choice to the Government.”
