The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Tuesday, October 20, 2015:
SOUTHERN STATES
Coastal Areas: Localised rain showers are expected over the entire region during the morning hours with prospects of localised thunderstorms over the entire region in the afternoon/evening hours.
Inland Areas: Cloudy morning conditions are expected over the south-west with chances of localised rains over the South-East during the morning hours. There are prospects of localised thunderstorms over the entire region during afternoon/evening hours.
Central States: Cloudy morning conditions are expected over the entire region in the morning with chances of localised thunderstorms over the high grounds of central states to affect places like Abuja, Jos, Kaduna, Minna, Lokoja and Mambilla Plateau during the afternoon/evening hours.
NORTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy conditions are expected with chances of localised thundery activities over the North-East Maiduguri-Nguru axis during the afternoon/evening period.
