Court adjourns Saraki’s trial; no reason given

The ongoing trial of the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has been adjourned indefinitely.

The trial, for alleged Code of Conduct breaches and for which Saraki was earlier docked with fanfare, was supposed to resume today.

The court had given no reason for the adjournment of the case but promised to communicate the new date to all the concerned parties.
