The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Sunday, October 18, 2015:

SOUTHERN STATES

Coastal Areas: Cloudy conditions and localised rain showers are expected in the morning while localised rains are expected over the entire coast in the afternoon/evening.

Inland Areas: Cloudy conditions and localised rain showers are expected in the morning, while chances of localised rains are expected over the region in the afternoon/evening hours.

Central States: Cloudy conditions are expected over the region in the morning, while Localised thunderstorms are expected to affect areas like Abuja, Lokoja, Makurdi and Lafia during the afternoon/evening hours.

NORTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy morning to sunny conditions in the afternoon/evening are expected over the region.
