BREAKING: Buhari submits second batch of ministerial nominees to Senate

President Muhammadu Buhari has submitted the second batch of ministerial nominees to the Senate.

The list contained in a sealed envelope was submitted this evening to Senate President Bukola Saraki by the Chief of Staff to the President, Alhaji Abba Kyari, accompanied by Senator Ita Enang, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Legislative Matters (Senate), and his House of Representatives counterpart, Suleiman Kauru.

The names on the list will be read out by Saraki tomorrow on the floor of the Senate. Also tomorrow, the Senate will begin the screening of the 21 nominees in the list submitted by Buhari on September 30.
