Weather Forecast for Today, By the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET)

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Friday, October 2, 2015:

SOUTHERN STATES COASTAL AREAS: In the morning, cloudy conditions are expected over the coast with prospects of localised rain in the afternoon/evening hours.

INLAND AREAS: Cloudy conditions are expected to prevail over the region in the morning with chances of localised rain showers during the afternoon/ evening hours.

CENTRAL STATES: Localised rain showers are expected over the high ground of central states in the morning hours with prospects of localised thunderstorm in the afternoon/evening hours.

NORTHERN STATES: Cloudy conditions are expected over the region in the morning hours. There are prospects of localised thunderstorm in the northeastern part of the region while partly cloudy conditions are expected over the northwest axis in the afternoon hours.
