The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Thursday, October 1, 2015:

SOUTHERN STATES COASTAL AREAS: Cloudy conditions are expected over the western part of the coast while localised rains are expected over the eastern parts in the morning hours. There are prospects of localised rain in the afternoon/evening hours over the region.

INLAND AREAS: Cloudy conditions are expected in the morning and localised rain showers in the afternoon/ evening.

CENTRAL STATES: Rain showers are expected over the high ground area of the central states in the morning hours with prospects of localized thunderstorm in the afternoon/evening over the same region.

NORTHERN STATES: Cloudy condition is expected during the forecast period.
