Osinbajo said in his keynote address at the 10th anniversary and 7th convocation ceremony of the Redeemer's University, Ede, Osun.
The vice-president said the present administration would also continue to invest massively in the power sector to make it more stable.
He said power sector remained the key to the development of the nation's economic growth.
Osinbajo also said that the federal government would open up more opportunities in the area of agriculture.
“Agriculture remained the key to economic development of the country.”
The vice-president also urged the graduating students to put to positive use all the training they have received.
He urged the students to continue to follow the path of integrity and honour in their dealings.
Earlier in his speech, the University's Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Debo Adeyewa, said 15 students graduated with a first class while 135 graduated with second class upper division.
Adeyewa said 200 students graduated with second class lower, while 90 graduated with 3rd class and seven with a pass.

Aregbesola encouraged the graduating students to be self-reliant rather than job seekers.
