Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to President Muhammadu Buhari, Mr Femi Adesina, said today that his principal world release his ministerial list before the month runs out.
He gave the assurance while speaking with Channels Television.
Mr. Buhari, who assumed office on May 29, has been reluctant to appoint a cabinet but later said he would do so this month. He, however, dampened enthusiasm by dismissing ministers as noisemakers who have little work to do, claiming that it is civil servants who actually do the the work.
