The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Friday, September 25, 2015:

SOUTHERN STATES COASTAL AREAS: Cloudy conditions are expected over the region with chances of localised drizzle during the morning hours and localised rain showers during afternoon/evening hours.

INLAND AREAS: Cloudy conditions are expected with chances of localised rains over the Enugu axis during the morning hours. There are prospects of localised thunderstorms over the region during afternoon/evening hours.

CENTRAL STATES: Cloudy conditions are expected with chances of localised thunderstorms over Bida, Minna, Lafia, Jalingo and Abuja during the morning hours. There are prospects of localised thunderstorms/rain over the region during the afternoon/evening hours.

NORTHERN STATES: Cloudy to partly cloudy conditions are expected with chances of localised thunderstorms over the North East and thunderstorm activities over the North West during afternoon/evening hours.
