The new card reader technology introduced by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has failed the test in President Goodluck Jonathan’s ward in Otuoke, Bayelsa State, South-South Nigeria.
“For 30 minutes President Jonathan and his wife Patience have been standing and waiting in vain to be accredited.
President Jonathan arrived the polling booth around 9:10 a.m. and the INEC officials have been battling in vain to accredit them.
INEC officials are blaming network problem for the development.
