Africans used the opportunity to tell the world that they are indeed black and proud!

The six most outstanding among the stars as captured by Maggie’s Blog were:

Rita Dominic

The veteran Nollywood star first appeared in an orange long gown complimented with gold top and an orange headgear to match.

In her second outing, she dazzled in a well knitted green Ankara spiced with maroon stripes and a head tie to match.

Zubby Michael

The cool-headed actor shun in a long stretched red kingly gown, a black net top that dropped beyond his knees, a red cap to match lined with gold, and a traditional red coloured neck beads. He successfully cut a picture of an African King.

Mercy Aigbe

Ufuoma McDermott

This diminutive actress went all out to cut a video clip of her rocking some fantastic designs made by Nigerian designers and dancing to the evergreen tune Patapata by Mariam Makeeba popularly referred to as Mama Africa. She promised to display more clothes and bags later.

Uche Jombo
