The Ondo State Government has expressed the urgent need for all stakeholders to join hands to prevent the outbreak of Coronavirus.
Through the State Ministry of Health in a statement said “following the outbreak of Coronavirus in Lagos which is just some few hours’ drive from Ondo, the state government has expressed the need to sensitise the citizenry on the looming danger.
“The disease known as COVID-19 is a new viral illness that was first detected in China late last year.
“Since then, the disease has spread to several Countries above 50 as at today.
“It is characterised by a flu-like symptom of fever and cough which is often associated with shortness of breath and later, complicated by respiratory failure.” (The Nation)
