African Wedding Party, the special programme dedicated to weddings, will air this evening on News Express Nigeria Television.
The programme debuted on the online TV station last Friday, January 24, 2020, but the feedback from viewers indicated that evening is the best time for it instead of the earlier advertised 10:00 a.m. Nigerian time.
“As a result of this feedback,African Wedding Partyhas been moved to 6:00 p.m. Nigerian Time with effect from today, Tuesday, January 28, 2020,” News Express CEO Isaac Umunna said Thursday in a statement.
He enjoined all lovers of weddings, as well as African culture and tradition to tune in and watch the programme free of charge atnewexpressngr.comand atYouTube.com/News Express Nigeria TV.
African Wedding Partythe programme features short video clips that capture the climax of a typical African wedding: The couple’s dance, games, cutting of the cake and the first performance of couple duties.
“Apart from the entertainment value, ‘African Wedding Party’ also showcases the latest trending fashion and will, thus serving as a fashion compass,” Umunna said.
The programme airs every Friday and Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Nigerian time.
