American rapper Cardi B
Following the suspected U.S. attacks on Iranian soil, people have taken to their social media accounts to express their anger and fear of a looming World War III.
While some have chosen to make jokes about it, some others are praying against it.
A tweet that is, however, captivating is that of popular American rapper, Cardi B.
After expressing her discontent with Trump, she goes ahead to say that she is already filing for her Nigerian citizenship.
US rap star, Cardi B had earlier condemned the killing of Iranian commander, Qassem Soleimani.
On Friday, a US airstrike killed Revolutionary Guard General, Soleimani, who is head of the elite Quds Force, at Baghdad International Airport.
Meanwhile, an agency report says Mrs. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), under the Presidency has reacted to US rapper, Cardi B’s desires to become a Nigerian citizen.
Reacting, Abike Dabiri took to her Twitter page calling on Cardi B to come back to Nigeria.
According to her, “as one in charge of the Diaspora for Nigeria, We can’t wait to receive you again. Our doors are open, sister.
“And you need to take a walk through the Door of Return in Badagry. It’s an indescribable experience.”
