Bulky actress Eniola Badmus
Bulky actress Eniola Badmus is currently pleading with her fans on bended knees to forgive her for going after other ladies’ men.
The 36-year-old Lagos-born actress had posted on her Instagram page that she would not reject it if God should deliver to her another woman’s man.
“I want my own man, but if God gives me yours, who am I to argue?” Eniola had posted.
The post was soon to be followed by torrents of comments from fans, some outrightly abusing the Theatre Arts graduate from the University of Ibadan and Master’s degree holder from Lagos State University.
The heat became so much that Eniola who was unveiled in 2016 as brand ambassador for Etisalat (now 9mobile) had to return to the same social media to beg her angry fans.
In an attempt to persuade her two million followers on Instagram yesterday, she begged,
“Y’all should take it easy on me ooo. I only reposted the popular creative everyone is posting. It’s just for fun. Don’t get it twisted and don’t take it too serious.”
But have they forgiven her?
Well, it is doubtful if those angry fans, especially the ladies among them, are convinced the actress who shot to limelight in 2008 upon starring in two Yoruba films titled Jenifa and Omo Ghetto did not mean what she said.
To them, it is “out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh”.
