Fast-rising singer Fireboy
Again, Fireboy has proven to have always been prepared for fame in the Nigerian music scene.
Ever since his first hit titled ‘Jealous’ which later went on to become one of the best of 2019, Fireboy has not ceased to wow his fans and Nigerians as a whole.
His debut album – Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps – was set to be launched on November 25, but the launch was delayed because Davido had dropped an album on the same day. Finally, during the early hours of November 29, the beautiful body work of music was released.
It immediately got good reception from music lovers as every song in it is super impressive. Before 7am on that fateful day, Fireboy, Pheelz and Olamide were trending on Twitter.
Nigerians gave a special kudos to Olamide, for fishing out a talent such as Fireboy DML. Pheelz, on the other hand, was praised for such beautiful production. His skills and Fireboy's vocal dexterity sound really oomph together.
The 13-track album contains High on Life, Scatter, What If I Say, Vibration, Gbas Gbos, Jealous, King, Need You, Like I Do, Energy, Feel, Omo Ologo and Wait and See.
After the third listen, I conclude that the album is a really good one. Not exceptional, but really good. Fireboy is a great singer and his talent seems to be working for him. Nigerians can only wish him the best future.
