Come Thursday, November 28, 2019, all roads will lead to the Banquet Hall of Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Ikeja, Lagos for the 27th edition of the annual lecture/awards series organised by Crime Reporters Association of Nigeria (CRAN).

According to a press statement from the associationa copy of which was made available to Maggie’s Blog, the event slated to commence at 10am has the lecture topic, “Proliferation of Arms: A Threat to Democracy”.

Chief host of the event expected to be graced by top personalities, is the immediate past Commissioner of Police, Kano State now Assistant Inspector General (AIG) in charge of Zone 2, Lagos, Mr. Ahmed Iliyasu.

The organisers also hinted that a foremost anti-crime advocacy and entertainment group in the country, the CMC Gladiators led by award-winning publicist, Cornel Udofia, will be specially honoured during the occasion.
