Frontline network communications service provider, Priority Communications Limited, is planning big for 2015.
The company said it has been able to achieve a relative amount of patronage so far because of its commitment to customer satisfaction which has seen it growing rapidly over the past eight years, even with minimal publicity.
Speaking at an award night in Lagos, South-West Nigeria, organised to reward its most outstanding staff, Olumide Samuel, Executive Director, Priority Communications, disclosed that the organisation started operations eight years ago in a living room with five staff but today has over 200 staff with a property of its own branches in four African countries. This Samuel attributed to the commitment of staff and the company’s reputation as a problem solver.
“The idea behind this event is not only to appreciate our esteemed customers who have stood by us all these years but equally to say ‘thank you’ to our staff who have ensured that customers’ needs are always met, because without them we would not have lasted this long and still growing stronger,” he said.
On her part, Abimbola Samuel, Managing Director, Priority Communications, noted that the network communications service provider will be working towards expansion in 2015, with a vision of becoming the largest network communications service provider in the African sub-region.
She said: “It has been God for eight years. I found out that a lot of people don’t know us yet; we hope to incorporate the feedback from this event into our 2015 expansion plans and to do more in terms of publicity and branding of the organisation.
“A lot of people compare us to the likes of MTN, Glo and other big organizations. Our plan is not to disappoint them so that is why we plan to grow so big to be able to meet their expectations. Already, we have presence in Zambia, Ghana, Kenya and scattered everywhere in Nigeria. We plan to expand to South Africa, Sierra Leon and other countries.”
Among the staff rewarded for their outstanding performances during the event held at Eko Hotel & Suites were Oluchi Anyamobi (Long Service Award), Chidiebere Ihiagwu (Outstanding Award) and Adetutu Adebayo (MD’s Special Recognition Award).
