Senator Bala Ibn Na’Allah has condoled with HRH the Emir of Zuru, Retired Major General Muhammadu Sani Sami II, over the demise of the emirate’s Sarkin Gida, Alh. Mohammadu Rabiu Adamu.

Palace sources said the Sarkin Gida died around 12 midnight on Friday at Usman Danfodio Teaching Hospital (UDUTH), Sokoto, after a protracted illness.

He is survived by one wife and six children and had worked with the Emir of Zuru for over 30 years during and after the emir’s active military service.

Sen Na’Allah described the death as a great loss not only to the emirate but to the entire Kebbi South.

He prayed to Allah to grant the late Sarkin Gida Aljannah Fridausi and the Emir of Zuru as well as the entire people of the emirate the fortitude to bare the loss.
