It was a touching sight on Sunday night as emotional Big Brother Naija Season 4 housemate, Mercy, wept like a baby following the eviction of her boyfriend in the reality show, Steve Ikechukwu Onyema, popularly known as Ike.

Ike was evicted minutes after Elozonam suffered the same fate on the 91st day of this year’s edition of the show otherwise known as Pepper Dem.

While it was all banters as Elozonam became the 19thhousemates to be evicted from the show, Mercy immediately burst into tears, screaming “Jesus!” repeatedly and clinging tightly to Ike after the show’s host Ebuka announced his eviction. Ebuka had to order Ike out of the house before he could prise himself from Mercy’s grip.

The weeping continued after Ike took his exit, with Mercy refusing to be consoled even though Ebuka tried to cheer her up by reminding her of her birthday which was around the corner. She finally calmed down during the birthday celebration.
