Nollywood diva Ruth Kadiri on Wednesday completed her romantic journey from movie sets to the altar and finally to the maternity ward.

The 31-year-old Edo State-born actress and screenwriter and producer who got married some months back is now a proud mother.

Although the mass communication graduate from the University of Lagos who is known for keeping her private life really private is yet to make a public pronouncement on the arrival of her bundle of joy, a fellow actress Nazo Ekezie on Wednesday subtly broke the news when she sent a congratulatory message to Ruth on the social media.

“Puchu is the freshest mummy. Congrats darling #ruthkadiri.” Said Nazo.

And Ruth responded, “Boo tang thanks,” thereby confirming the good news.

This was followed immediately by loads of congratulatory messages from fans and colleagues in the make-believe industry.

It would be recalled that in one of the interviews some time back, the petite actress had expressed her wish to settle down with husband and kids.

“Of course I wanna have kids, I wanna have a family and I wanna do it right, so as an individual, I’m preparing myself for that phase for when it eventually comes but for now I’m just working hard and trying to be happy,” Ruth had said in the interview.

And from all indications, her wish has come true.

This is saying big congratulations to Mrs Ezerika and the latest mama of the industry.
