Nollywood actress Ibinabo Fiberesima
People have been wondering what is the driving force behind ex-beauty queen and Nollywood actress, Ibinabo Fiberesima.
The light-skinned 49 years old Rivers State-born mother of three has indeed passed through thick and thin in life, something that would break a lily-livered person one moment.
Check this out:
In 2009 Ibinabo was charged with manslaughter and reckless driving after she accidentally killed one Giwa Suraj in 2006 in Lagos.
In 2016, Ibinabo was sacked as President of Actors Guild of Nigeria and sentenced to a 5-year jail term by a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos.
She was however granted bail in the sum of N2 million and two sureties in like sum by a Court of Appeal in Lagos, pending the determination of her appeal by the Supreme Court.
As if all that was not enough, the first runner up in the 1997 edition of Miss Nigeria beauty pageant and subsequent winner of Miss Wonderful same year had her marriage crashed in 2017 barely two years after solemnisation and she has remained single and still searching (SSS) ever since.
But in spite of all these, the stunningly pretty actress who made her debut in the movie industry via her role in Chico Ejiro’s epic movie, Most Wanted, which she acted alongside Regina Askia and others, remains unbroken.
Two days ago, Ibinabo revealed the passions that have kept her going.
Hear her:
“Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life: The longing for Love, the search for Knowledge, and unbearable Pity for suffering and mankind.”
