On Sunday, May 5, veteran actress Bimbo Akintola added one year to her age and several notable players in the nation’s entertainment industry turned out en masse to celebrate her.

Many gift items poured in from friends, colleagues, relations and other well wishers, but one gift melted the heart of the 49 years old super role interpreter.

And that gift was in writing from none other than musical idol Jazzman Olofin.

He wrote: “No matter how they slice it, you are everything a screen goddess should be – strong, gorgeous and humble. Happy birthday.”

To show how much the University of Ibadan graduate valued that particular “gift”, she reposted it on her Instagram handle for the world to read. And that was the only birthday gift she showed off.
