This memo automatically goes to the so-called comrades, as well as the self-proclaimed activists whom I absolutely much pity and underrate, because of the roles they played as comrades (by engaging fully in partisan politics) during the just-concluded 2019 general election.
However, the most unfortunate and pitiful part of the event is about those who maliciously came out and flattered their masters and their political parties by using abuses, hatred and all sorts of insulting words and making it even a “do or die” affair just for their personal benefit without thinking the consequences of their actions now or to their future struggles.
Through this memo, let me remind them that the rule of joining politics doesn’t restrict itself only to the civil servants; but it also applies to you. If you want to join partisan politics, you must either maintain the principles of the comradeship, or simply resign.
Some people just take comradeship tag as if only they contested a position in youths or students’ unions and associations; some just simply take it as a way of making money or getting connections, whereas literally, it's beyond and above all that.
Anyway, now that the elections are over (won and lost), let us see how they can politically approach the people they campaigned against or fought for either justice or freedom of their people.
If comradeship was a throne, I will have to advise the king-makers to dethrone many among us.
I said it and I repeat it: once a true comrade, always a comrade.
People’s liberation is our major concern. And, true comrades are not partisan.
Proudly a comrade by struggle! Forever, I remain.
