Nigeria’s A-list comedian, Bright Okpocha a.k.a Basketmouth, has come up with an expensive joke that may place him at loggerheads with the country’s security agents.

The 41-year-old hilarious laugh merchant who was born in Lagos but hails from Abia State recently made a public comparison of the Nigeria Police Force with dare armed robbers.

He said the two are like the devil and the deep blue sea.

Hear him: “Armed robbers and terrorists take our lives, properties (sic) and freedom.

“The government takes our taxes to pay police and SARS to protect us from armed robbers and terrorists.

“Now the police and SARS are the ones taking lives, properties and our freedom.

“Talk about being between the devil and the deep blue sea.”
