Governor Fayemi
Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi, has approved the immediate termination of appointment of the State Chief of Protocol (SCOP), Mr Ayo Adegbite.
Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Yinka Oyebode, disclosed this in a statement on Friday evening.
No reason was given for Mr Adegbite’s dismissal.
Oyebode quoted the letter of termination of appointment signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Hon Biodun Oyebanji, as directing the erstwhile SCOP “to hand over government properties in his custody to the Permanent Secretary, Government House and Protocol.”
