The widely acclaimed wealthiest movie star in this part of the world, Genevieve Nnaji, has warned Nigerians against selling their votes.

Her warning is coming few hours to Saturday Presidential and National Assembly elections.

In her advice which she hashtagged #BeYourOwnHero and #DefendYourVote, the ebony-skinned actress and producer said: “You are in control once every four years. Your vote is your birthright. Remember, you are not too small to make a difference.”

She concluded by saying: “If they are willing to pay for it (your vote), then it must be worth a lot. Don’t sell.”
